Terms & Conditions – Jeet Ki Yatra HPCL Hero Odisha 2025 Campaign

1. Eligibility

·         This campaign (“Jeet Ki Yatra 2025”) is open only to Indian citizens aged 18 years or above with valid government-issued ID proof.

·         Employees and families of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Hero Motorcycles, their dealers, distributors, sales staff, associated agencies, campaign partners, sponsors, logistics providers, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible.

·         Participation is open exclusively to customers filling fuel at participating HPCL retail outlets in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri campaign zones.

2. Campaign Period

·         The campaign starts on 30th July 2025 and concludes at 11:59 PM on 30th September 2025 (“Campaign Period”).

·         All entries received after the closing time will be considered invalid.

3. How to Participate

·         A minimum qualifying fuel purchase is required:
 - 2-wheelers: ₹300+ Power 95
 - 4-wheelers: ₹1000+ Power 95

·         Payment must be made using HP Pay or any officially recognized HPCL UPI QR code.

·         After fueling, the customer must scan the campaign QR code and submit accurate:
 - Full Name
 - Mobile Number (OTP authenticated)
 - Vehicle Number
 - Fuel Bill Number & Amount
 - RO Location

·         Each mobile number can participate only ONCE per day.

4. Prize Details

Weekly & Fortnightly Prizes:

·         Winners for smart gadgets/appliances are selected through an automated lucky draw from all eligible entries of the respective week/fortnight.

·         Announcement will be made on the campaign microsite and via SMS/WhatsApp.

Grand Bumper Prize:

·         Hero HF winners (one per campaign zone) will be chosen via computer-generated random draw from all valid entries during the Campaign Period.

5. Winner Communication & Claim

·         Winners will be intimated by SMS, WhatsApp, and/or telephone; details will also be listed on the campaign website.

·         To claim any prize, winners must produce:
 - Original HPCL fuel bill
 - Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, DL)
 - Proof of mobile ownership (e.g., bill screenshot/telecom slip).

·         All physical prize deliveries are only after submission and validation of required documents.

·         All statutory gift taxes, insurance, registration, and related charges (as applicable, especially for motorbikes) will be borne by the winner, not by HPCL/Hero.

6. General Conditions

·         Images shown on any campaign material are for representation only; actual gift/model/color may vary.

·         HPCL reserves the right to verify all claims by requesting additional documents and/or declining claims in case of fraud or discrepancy.

·         Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed against cash or any other products/services.

·         If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 07 days, or fails to produce required documents, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected at the organizer's discretion.

·         All decisions by HPCL regarding selection of winners, prize allotment, dispute resolution, or campaign changes shall be FINAL and BINDING.

·         HPCL reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the campaign (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice and without liability.

7. Data & Privacy

·         By participating, entrants consent to HPCL and campaign partners collecting, storing, and using the data for campaign operations, future product/service communications, audit, research, and statutory purposes.

·         Customer data will be used per HPCL’s privacy policy and not shared with any third party except as required for prize fulfilment or audit compliance.

8. Anti-Fraud & Fair Use

·         Attempts to manipulate campaign participation (e.g., duplicate entries, use of fake invoices, bot activities, or any automated submission) will result in immediate disqualification.

·         Each invoice/bill can be used for only ONE entry.

·         Organizers use geo-fencing, invoice hash validation, and device fingerprinting to ensure fairness. Outlier patterns will be investigated and may be escalated for further action.

9. Limitation of Liability

·         HPCL, Hero, and appointed agencies are not responsible for:
 - Network failure, technical errors, delayed/missed SMS/WhatsApp, or missed/wrongful communication.
 - Loss, theft, or damage to any personal property or mobile devices while participating in the campaign or claiming rewards.
 - Acts of force majeure.

·         Participation implies acceptance of all these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

·         All disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
